Smocking Classes

has been teaching smocking for over twenty years. She offers a one day class for the beginner,
which is held at her
home address for individual or group tuition. The one day class for beginners covers instructions on pleating techniques including the use of the smocking pleater and pleater feeder plus basic smocking stitches and stitch combinations, which are worked on a prepared sampler. Classes running from 10am to 3.30pm are offered at £80 a day. Students are offered a 10% discount off any purchases made on the day. Alternatively, if a full day is not required, instruction can be given at £18.00 per hour.
